Gorgeous, high-quality black lace skirt from the 1940s or 50s. Row upon row of soft lace on rustly acetate. Unlined and lightweight but substantial. Beautiful cotton velvet waistband. Closes with a metal "US" side zipper and button tab. Perfect for your fanciest occasions, or pair it with a casual top for less-formal events.
