Elegant little black sheath dress from the 1940 with very soft lace at the upper bodice, sleeves, and trimming the hip peplum and swags on the slim skirt. Keyhole back. Closes with metal "C" zipper and snaps at side. Unlined, with pinked seams, and hem and waist tape. From the Phelan estate.
