Iconic Mexican blouse in soft, cool off-white cotton, completely hand embroidered with roses. Functional drawstrings on the short sleeves for a custom fit. Front and back are identical. Love the clamshell gathers along the edge of the bodice, underarm gussets, and the faggoting between each piece. From the Phelan estate and the 1950s. Possibly a bit earlier.
