50s Pink Strapless Tea-Length Party Dress

Pure mid-century fantasy. Tea-length "cupcake" party dress in peachy pink embroidered organza with scalloped, split-front full skirt revealing a tiered-net under-layer. Sweetheart boned strapless bodice has horizontally pleated cups with bust-enhancing "crumb-catcher" embroidered overlays. Attached cummerbund of peachy-pink and deep raspberry-pink taffeta. Full taffeta lining. Pinked seams. Metal Able brand size zip with hook&eye at waist. From the 1950s and the Mary C. estate, this dress is just perfect for today's prom, formal, or special event.

Fiber/Care: unmarked, nylon organza and netting, acetate lining and cummerbund, gentle wash or dry-clean

Condition: there's some dye run (mostly on the back) from the raspberry portion of the cummerbund. we suspect, but cannot guarantee, that it will lift or significantly fade with future cleaning (we'd recommend hand-washing over dry-cleaning). in truth, it hardly matters. just look at how gorgeous this dress is! no other flaws to note.
