This has to be the silkiest silk dress ever. It feels heavenly. And the pattern is exquisite. Vibrant pink and purple flowers with touches of cobalt blue, green, and yellow, all on a deep black background. Sleeveless shift design with a separate self-belt but no belt loops, so you can tie it wherever you prefer, or not at all. There is a seam detail across the upper chest, as well as princess seaming down the torso, with pockets concealed along the seams. The dress is fully lined in bright pink silk. Nylon Talon zip at back. From the early 1960s and just adorable.
