60s/70s Navy Blue Halter Neck Maxi Dress

True navy blue accented with an overall geometric lattice pattern in white. Removable red rose to wear at the mock-turtle halter neck, as shown, or as you please. Attached, wide, grosgrain-ribbon belt slips through thread loops to close with single hook&eye at back. Crisp, semi-sheer printed outer fabric over silky full lining. Beautiful back detail with double straps. Full A-line skirt with deep hem ruffle. Well-made party dress with bust and vertical darts, snap bra stays, pinked and finished seams, and nylon Talon back zip. Neck closes with two hooks&eyes. From the late 1960s or early 1970s.

Fiber/Care: unmarked, feels like a silk/cotton blend with acetate lining, dry-clean only

Condition: minor underarm discoloration on lining with very slight pattern rub-off on exterior. not noticeable.
