From the 1970s, a maxi skirt with panels of mustard yellow floral, white-on-red polka dots, and white lace. A-line silhouette. Elasticized waist. Fully lined. Matching sash can be worn as a belt, a scarf, or as a head wrap or hair tie. From the Sara M. estate.

The boho skirts and blouses of actress-turned-designer Chessa Davis were a big hit in the 1970s, drawing rich and famous customers such as Princess Grace, Mary Tyler Moore, and First Lady Betty Ford. Her pieces were known for their high-quality fabrics and construction.
