40s/50s Navy or Black Wide Brim Straw Picture Hat With Silk Floral

Mid-century millinery perfection. Wide-brim picture hat with sweeping brim, low crown, bunches of high-quality silk floral framing your face, and lush velvet trimming crown and brim. Interior grosgrain band. Navy blue so dark it may as well be black. Velvet is black. Hat works as and with either color. From the 1940s or early 1950s.
