From the 1950s, a cocktail hat consisting of two overlapping, velvet-covered wire loops on either side forming a fully adjustable frame that gently grips the head (you could add a hairpin, if your hair is super silky smooth, but on my coarser hair, none is needed. Hat is trimmed with genuine fur oblongs embellished at the outer end with sparkly and millinery-floral bits. Four adjustable leaves and a plain, square fur medallion at center top.
Labels: none
Materials: Genuine fur is likely squirrel (looks like mink, but it's not, it's softer -- as soft as rabbit -- and has longer outer hairs), wire covered in rayon velvet, leaves may be suede
Condition: no flaws to note
Dimensions:
see image showing relative size. hat is fully adjustable by manipulating the wire frame and should fit any adult head. will fit more snugly on a real head than on the mannequins (see photos on me, for an example)
