Every color of the rainbow, in pastels, form the lovely plaid on this cotton-blend summer shirtwaist dress. The seven flower-shaped, clear buttons slip through (what do we love?) bound buttonholes. Nipped waist above a full-circle skirt to wear with or without a crinoline (ours, shown in most of the photos, is not included). Unlined. Pinked Seams. Nylon YKK side zip. From the late 1950s or early 60s.

Labels: none - appears to be home sewn with loving care

Fiber/Care: no label, feels like a cotton/poly blend, washable

Condition: there is some minor pilling all over (see close-up photos). we've restitched a few open seams and both sleeve hems.

*This dress is freshly laundered and ready to wear.
