Figure-flattering shirring at bodice. Shift ends in large hem of bias-cut self-fabric. Gorgeous coordinating belt of textured patent faux leather with elongated gold metal buckle. Fully lined. Labels: only the 1963-'74 ILGWU tag and a size/style tag remain, but WPL#3395 tells us the manufacturer was Don-Ell Fashions Inc., which appears to have been in business from at least the early 1950s through the 1970s. Here are some of their advertisements from the 1950s:
