From the 1950s or early 1960s, a cotton dress in black-and-white, extra-large-scale gingham.
- Sleeveless, square-neck bodice with seams and darts for shaping
- Nipped waist opens to very full skirt (shown with a small crinoline, not included)
- Unlined, easy care, closes with metal side zipper

Fiber/Care: no tags, all cotton with a slub texture / washable (recommend hang or flat dry)
Condition: a few spots, diffuse fade/discoloration, and a single very small hole, all lost in the folds of the full skirt. minor underarm discoloration (could lift with targeted stain treatment, we didn't try). see photo collage.
