50s Crop Top in Cream and Red Cotton Twill - sm

From the 1950s, or perhaps a bit earlier, an adorable crop top in cotton twill.

Evidence suggests this top was part of a mid-century "lifeguard" uniform, but with nothing to confirm that suspicion, it's being offered separately. The shorts have sold, but you can view them here. 

• 3-button front
• tiny "butterfly" sleeves
• shaped/peaked lower hem
• soft red cotton twill trim at front and sleeves
• darts at bust and back for a fitted silhouette
• unlined but not see-through

Labels: none - possibly home sewn

Fiber/Care: cotton / washable

Condition: The only "flaws" are teensy imperfections in the original construction, which you can see in the photo of the sleeve. This crop top is in really great shape!
