From the 1940s, a darling dress in jet black velvet with ecru lace details.
- Iconic styling features "bib" front with functional covered buttons and bow detail.
- Elbow length sleeves are ruched down the side and have a bit of poof in the sleeve head, giving you that strong 40s shoulder.
- Street length skirt is smooth at the hips and swishy, with an A-line cut.

Fiber/Care: no tags, very silky velvet is most likely rayon, lace is cotton / dry-clean
Condition: we redid some (old and sloppy) seam repairs and she's ready for a second life. two tiny pin holes near bottom of skirt and minor crushing here and there. overall, strong and nearly perfect. there are belt loops but no belt, and ours used for the photos is not included.
