A dress unlike any other. The colors -- fuchsia and kelly green flowers on cream. The cut -- sleeveless A-line design with its own slim straps beneath the marvelous "pinafore bib." And the embellishment -- each sequin has a glass bead at its center. The overall effect is wonderfully sparkly, delicate, and crisp. Fully lined. Perfect for any formal event. And how cute would it be shortened (just hem, don't cut)? From the early 1960s.
