Condition: No flaws to note. The skirt was taken in 0.5"/1.25cm on either side seam, at some time in the past. The fabric was not cut, and the skirt could be let out again to return it to the original dimensions, making it 1"/5cm larger) down the entire length of the skirt (I can do this for you if you want, for a small fee -- just ask when you purchase).
