60s/70s Yellow Seersucker Dress
Yellow and white cotton seersucker day dress from the 1970s (or possibly late 60s). Simple, but with all sorts of subtle details including breast and hip pockets set on the bias, vertical darts at front and stitched-down pleats at front hips, and inverted pleats at the short sleeves. Thread belt loops (no belt). The extremely long (but not full-placket) metal zipper at front makes it a breeze to get into and out of. Unlined, with pinked seams.
The yellow is sunny, cheerful shade somewhere between egg yolk and lemon.
