50s/60s Three-Quarter Length Cream Fine Leather Gloves - sz 6.5

From the very early 1960s, a pair of soft-as-can-be, creamy white, fine leather gloves ("doeskin" or "kidskin") with cream silk lining. Length is "8-button" (button length is an old, French, glove-measurement system), meaning these reach the upper forearm, below the elbow (the length Audrey Hepburn wore in Breakfast at Tiffany's).

Labels: tag RN number 23032 is for "Henry D. Weiner Gloves," which was a mid-century glove manufacturer in New York

Materials: extra-soft, fine leather with silk lining

Condition: Minor signs of wear, including very slight discoloration on the fingertips and along the sides where they've been folded for decades, inconspicuous spots on the under side of each, as shown in photos.
