20s/30s Rice Bag Table Runner or Dresser Scarf

A 1920s rice bag converted long ago into a table runner (or dresser scarf).

• Edged with beautifully hand-knotted lace trim (it doesn't appear to be crochet, but some sort of fine macrame or tatting)
• Flapper lady profile and "Rickert Rice Mills, Inc., New Orleans, LA.," stamped on the front
  
• The Ricket Rice company incorporated on June 11, 1928.

Fiber/Care: sturdy fabric looks to be a coarse (not rough) linen

Condition: design is faded, but legible/visible, minor glitches in the fabric, as shown in photos
