We call this one "The Fireworks Gown." Glass beads, prong-set rhinestones, and passementerie embroidery, all in metallic shades in starburst patterns on front and back of bodice. Prototypical 40s silhouette (originally had shoulder pads) in black rayon crepe. Wide seamless shoulders, figure-flattering seaming encircling hips, and bias cut long skirt. Back features alluring slit. Metal Talon back zip with snap. Hook&eye at neck. By renowned Manhattan ready-to-wear design house Gothe New York.
Another gem from local theater Onstage Atlanta.
