Labels: Miss Elliette (manufacturer of ultra-feminine party dresses), Julius Garfinckel & Co. Washington (high-end shop). Read about the Miss Elliette label at the VFG's Label Resource.
Fiber/Care: unmarked, feels like cotton and rayon, dry-clean
Condition: there are water stains on the front of the skirt, but as you can see in the photos, even with a large crinoline they are lost in the folds and inconspicuous. you really must hold the skirt out wide to notice them. there is also a dark smudge along the interior hem as shown. price adjusted accordingly.
*We've had this party dress professionally dry-cleaned and it's ready to wear.*
