50s/60s Silk Dress in Blue and Purple
Late 50s or early 60s silk party dress in blues and purples, cut to flatter. Outer layer is softest chiffon with a tulip floral print. Beneath are a layer of solid chiffon and a smooth, opaque lining, both periwinkle blue, silk, and with an easy, A-line cut. Defined, ruched waist. Stitched down surplice bodice. Detachable real-silk floral embellishment. Closes at back with metal CC zipper and several hooks&eyes. Feels absolutely heavenly. From my personal collection.
