Peplum shirt-jacket from the late 1960s or early 1970s. Cotton top in navy blue cotton with red, white, yellow, and green floral print has  a "Flower Power" vibe. Short, slightly puffed sleeves and curvy shawl collar. Closes at waist with hidden interior and tab exterior buttons. Unlined, with wide elastic at the waist. Wear as a blouse or jacket. From the Jamieson estate, spanning two centuries in style.
