The 80s does 40s beautifully in a white on black polka dot day dress. Modest cut features long sleeves with single-button cuff, saddle shoulder, three-button short placket, and a super-comfy and flattering stretchy ruched waist. Those (easily removed) shoulder pads mean business. Iconic "power" styling just begging for seriously big hair.
